I took my four year old to the dentist. I was not told to that she could not eat before having a tooth filled. the receptionist yelled at me then when she had make me another appointemt , she filled out the card then throw it at me. I called back to complain to the office manager and was called a b**** . SHE SAID THAT SHE HEARD EVERYTHING AND DID NOT SEE WHERE THE GIRL WAS WRONG BECAUSE I HAD RAISED MY VOICE BACK AT THE GIRL. SHE SAID THAT NO MATTER WHAT WAS SAID I SHOULD HAVE NOT YELLED AT HER OFFICE WORKER (BUT IT WAS OK FOR HER TO YELL AT ME). THAT WAS WHEN I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS NO KIND OF AN OFFICE MANAGER TO LET THAT GO ON, THAT IS WHEN I WAS CALL A B****. needless to say i found another dentist.
