
Rude Customers!!!

I work as a CSR at a local hotel, with a national hotel chain sign. I have absolutely had it to above my eyebrows with rude arrogant customers who demand the moon from the staff, just because they're on vacation/displaced from their home/on a business trip. Legitimate requests are fine, but please... keep both your requests and your attitude reasonable! Throwing tantrums, threatening me with a corporate complaint, and questioning my parentage are NOT going to get you what you want. Act like adults, PLEASE!
