rude children

There is a child who pulls faces at me and gives me dirty looks at school. I am a parent. Speaking to the girl in questions mother is like speaking to a brick wall. She thinks I am making it up. This sounds really silly but when a nine year old keeps at you with face pulling one gets fed up. My daughter was bullied by this girl for the whole of y3 and her mother insulted me and told me I should look at how I have bought my child up. Any comments please?????????????
