Royal Mail shambles

Royal Mail in the UK. What a joke. Ten years ago there appeared to be some pride about gettting the mail delivered in time. My most recent problems this year include: 1)my football season ticket being delayed, 2) two items of valuable post 'lost wothout trace'. And now the final insult is a special delivery which was delayed- thus making the contents of the envelope worthless (cricket tickets). Royal Mail now have the utter nerve to say that the most recent event was because I was out at the time of attempted delivery. A blatant lie, which I will pursue in the courts if necessary.
