I sent some goods to australia from the UK and it never got there. I spent £57.85 on the postage. The goods I sent were gifts to children worth about £120. I filled in the forms to complain and Royal Mail only gave me a £30 cheque refund. I feel as if they have stolen money from me. I think they should have refunded me at least the postage because they have not provided me a service for which I paid. I believe this should not be allowed. I run my own business and if someone paid me some money for something and I didn't do it, then I believe that person should get a full refund. If I paid for a fridge and it was never delivered shouldn't I be allowed for a total refund?? Does anyone know how I can complain about this theft?
