room leaks

Superior Windows Ins installed a Thermal Guard patio on 8/6/03 its leaks. After 3 service calls it still leaks. On 6/29/06 I called and ask for a service call 3 calls later on 10/5/06 still no response. All service now is handled out of Charleston W VA.
