American Builders of 317 N. Ohio Ave., Wichita, Kansas 316-942-1313 is a business that does not fulfill its contractual obligations. This firm owner, Mr. Tim Henry, has taken almost $5,000 and has failed to do the work contracted. He has lied to me on when the work is to be started and will not return telephone calls to me to discuss this matter or to set a firm date for the start and completion of the contracted work. I would advise any homeowner not to deal with this Wichita, Kansas business and to tell others not to. This is a criminal firm in my opinion.
