Roger's phone service

We live in British Columbia Canada. We use Roger's phone company. For the last week the phone has been out. Everyday we have complained about when the service will be returned and everyday they tell us tommorow. There have been no natural disasters, the phone just went out and they are just not getting it done. The phone is out, the fax is out. Really feel cut off from the world .what kind of company is this
