The resurfacing project on Argonne/Bruce road, Spokane Washington was very poorly done. Loose rock was left on the surface and has cause a lot of damage to my vehicle. Chip Seal resurfacing should have not been used on such a heavily traveled road. The rock are continuing to come loose. I will bet many windshields have been damaged due to this.
