We hired this man, advertised on the internet, yellow pages, etc. to tile our bathroom, kitchen and hall. £350 later and he had wrecked the downstairs of our house. Tiles were laid squint, uneven, some we trip over. Laid over an inch away from wall, broken and chipped tiles laid and also didn't even finish the job. I complained to Trading STandards and they did all they could but he didn't respond to them. I was told I could sue but I'm not willing to part with any more of my hard earned cash.
