I drove 30 miles over the speed limit on the highway in a construction zone. There was no 'fines doubled' but got a ticket i cant afford. Can I tell the judge I will pay the regular fine only, not double cuz there was no 'fines doubled' sign? Do i need a lawyer to fite this? I didnt hit nuthin.
