We were sold a low grade ac/heat unit,when we were supposed to get a carrier unit.The company,Affordable heating and cooling of Fort Myers,Florida,did not bolt unit down,it doesnt work,after numererous complaints,finally filed with BBB.no response.Affordable heating and cooling pulled three permits to get work inspected,and last permit,after they filed for a extension,wrote a letter to void permit,claiming no work was to be done,ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.so angry at that low life unreputable company.so beware of the sheisters.
