I WAS Ripped off by my WORK COMP lawyers,talked me out of going to work comp court .I have nerve damage in my left foot ,My supervisor ran my foot over at UNITED DEFENCE in MINNESOTA,I was UNION STUDART, UNION scrued me ,MILAVETZ,GALLOP & MILVETZ were my Lawyers they told me they had my Neurologist final report they said he gave me a 3.5 rating so i said ok I'LL take the offer I went back to my NEUROLOGIST two months later ,I found out from him he didn't give me a 3.5 rating he gave me a 19.5 rating my doctor told me to get a lawyer to sue a lawyer it's been four year's and can't find a dam lawyer in MINNESOTA to HELP ME even the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE they told me I had three choice's (GET A LAWYER TO SUE A LAWYER) ,(VACATE THE WORK COMP SETTLEMENT), (FILE BANKRUPTY SO I DON'T LOSE MY HOUSE )I can't call lawyer's anymore i start shaking i forget what i'm saying i start cring . I can't trust anyone ,I have NERVE DAMAGE for life(Reflex ,Sympathetic,Dystrophy )MY lawyer's let the INsurance company lawyer's give me two depasition's a year apart from each other ,they used my name and someone else's social security number for reports they sent to WORK COMP I found the report's in my records i got from MILAVETZ,GALLOP&MILAVITZ, .I found out that other Women have been scrued by Milavitz,Gallop&Milavitz ,I would have never settled if they told me they didn't have my doctor's final report they lied and told me they had his final report ,I didn't run over my foot my Supervisor did and my Lawyer's got me 10,000 I can't work now i have alway's done laber jobs not sit down jobs i'm 52 years old i get 603 dollar's from social security i'm teaching my self on the computer I still can't find one Goverment Program to HELP ME IF Anyone knows someone that can help me my e-mail is vallielabandz@msn.com THANK YOU Vallie
