Rip off's

Has anyone out there had to deal with Cingular Wireless? They have no regard for their customers. This company grew too fast to realize that without their good paying customers they would not have survived. Their customer service is like their reading from a cheat sheet, nothing registers and even though they messed me around and due to the validity of my complaint they reimbursed me some of my money then I get a letter from Prime Communications, one of their agents (or so the letter reads)that I owe them $50.00 for breaking the Cingular Contract. Blows my mind, Cingular cancelled my contract with Cingular so how did Prime Communications figure into this. Well Just blowing off steam so I can read the other complaints....
