When the repair man came round to fix my washing machine, because it was leaking, he said there was a manufactories fault on the door of the Hoover machine, I told him I did not want this machine because of the problem with the machine, he totally ignored me , and continued to fiddle around with the door, said the machine was alright and left. Hoover then decided when I rang them, about this, that I should pay a call out charge of 89.00 I told them for what doing nothing. I refused to pay, bought in a solicitor, and they cannot do nothing for me, please can you help me, Ive been intouch with trading standards, previously over this, who said I had a case because this washing machine was not fit for the purpose. Currys and Hoover have been an absolute nightmare. With Hoover you cannot get through I have spent a fortune on the phone ringing these two Companies. I am very disappointed in both of them.
