Rinker Materials is a corporation of liars, especially top Management. The Human Resource department is a joke, they love to hide things and they can never keep anything confidential. They even make the Audit Team hide things from the CFO. I worked at Rinker for sometime but it became such a hostile environment to work that I had to leave.
