I slept with a co-worker/acquaintance behind his girlfriend's back, right on the couch in the living room of the home that they share. We did everything. We were drunk and definitely not in our usual minds and he suspected her of cheating as well, but I still feel horrible about it.

also...might i add...we had sex right on their couch as well. something symbolically degrading about that.

I've had an affair with a boss. i still feel badly about it. it was one of the most exciting and unhealthy situations i've ever put myself in, as what started off as something fun and harmless dragged on over two years. i was hurting the girl who would be his future fiance and degrading myself. i never thought i'd do something like that, but i did. we all make mistakes, we can only move forward from it.
