One day soon my boss will fire me, not because I have done anything especially bad, but because they have lately become increasingly more frustrated by their lack of success at convincing me to quit. So they have lately begun creating a file of lies and exaggerations and plan to use it as justification for my termination. I have been there nearly 9 years. I was happy for the first 8. I learned a trade and worked hard for years and came to my current employer because of better pay and benefits. It was great those first 8 years. But something happened about a year ago. First they began by harassing all the older skilled workers (illegal), Then they doubled and later tripled the work loads of all the older workers. Then they changed our job descriptions to the point where we are no longer qualified to hold our positions and then disciplined everyone who could not perform the new technical duties our new job descriptions included (illegal in my state). Then they told all of us that we had to negotiate with our co-workers to operate each other's machines to keep them going while we take our breaks and that we were prohibited from taking breaks if we could not successfully convince our co-workers to do so (illegal by both federal and state laws). Then they kicked me off the safety team for reporting too many safety violations. (illegal) and I could go on but you get the picture. What they don't know is that for 9 years I have collected evidence of every single illegal act and violation that have witnessed any supervisor or manager commit. I have over 600 emails from managers and supervisors containing illegal content or evidence of illegal activity. What they don't know is that I have over 300 hours of videos showing their illegal activities. I have three hours of audio recordings of my supervisor sexually harassing me (Yes she's a female and damned ugly) including telling me that if I don't cooperate it will cost me my job. I have 5 hours of video of her coercing me to have sex with her and me having sex with her, mostly orally pleasing her ugly ass. I have REAMS of documents outlining the company's plans and implementation of mass firings (to save on unemployment expenses) and subsequent moving of operations to LCCs ("Low Cost Countries"). The best part is that my employer is a major retailor catering mostly to liberal wealthy women in search of causes. I'm actually looking forward to getting fired. Partly it will be a relief from the constant harassment. Partly I don't think my heart can take much more of the crap they shovel. So I am soliciting suggestions. I have all this evidence stockpiled. I could simply send it to all the appropriate government agencies and let them deal with it. I could get an attorney and sue the hell out of them. I could contact upper management and black mail, I mean settle with them. I could simply call a news conference. I could create a u tube video or a whole series of them. I want revenge but I want compensation and if they are going to eventually dump all their American employees, then I want my employer utterly destroyed. Suggestions?
