I was served to stand in Judge Hudson's court room for a frivolous suit filed by a man that has no relation by marriage or kinship wanting visitation of my child..How could this judge even hear this case? It was dismissed because this man was not the biological father nor a step father to my child...It should have never even went to court..What do you do to this judge for all anguish and lawyer cost?
