I have worked for the Goverment for 19 years. After filing compliants for non selecton for jobs that I was more than quailifed for I finialy got tierd and want the harrasment to stop so I keep on filing. And when I won 2 cases this put the pressure on me. I have people that will not talk to me in the work place, they hide my paperwork, and tell lies on me all the time. The County Executive Director will not speak to me at all. He talks to the others but not me. I work alone and when I need help I call my husband who is in another department of the same agency. So I had no choose to file another compliant when he choose the other PT to be the Lead PT with a raise. This was all done behind my back and to cover this up. When the EEO counslor stated asking for doucuments, they could not be foud. Then 3 months later they appried. These co workers talk behind my back and the will take 2 hour breaks in the morning until I get all the computers up and running. At lunch I am egnorned so I just go to my desk and eat most day. I am looking to talk to any other person that has been treated this way.
