The owner of the Cross Keys restaurant in Corsley, Warminster shouted at my son during a meal there as his mobile phone had rung. This caused him to cry. I had phoned prior to arriving to ask if children would be allowed in. The reply was that if he didn't run around then all would be fine. When I pointed out to the ignorant twonk that he would need to address parents rather than intimidate children (We had already dealt with my sons phone and he was switching it off), he became extra rude and suggested that if we didn't like it we knew where the door was. We therefore walked out with his piping hot food on the table... obviously not paying for his sirly ignorant and crap standard of service.
