Republic clothes stores management is non existent. After months of trying hard to get my daughters p45 and p60 I finally recieved it. She had needed these as only worked part-time there for a few months and had built up quite a bit of tax that was to be paid back to her. However their head office dont seem to have a clue and always say there is no manager anywhere - any day of the week. One even stated that she didnt know any managers. This is really bad service and coupled with the fact that I was already angry about the way they treat their staff: even though my daughter only worked around 10 hours per week she had to wear their items at all times although she only got a maximum of 50% reduction. As she worked both sat and sun and could not wear the same items of clothes both days this left her with no money to buy other things. Very bad company and no accountability. I would not buy from them ever as if you have a complaint it is very unlikely that it will be rectified.
