Registration with Yahoo

I have registered with Yahoo Inc. Each time I sign in , they claim they don't have my ID name or password. I have to confirm my identity and decifer the security image, which most of the time is scrambled to confuse the average person. When I enter information, they still claim that they don't have my information, ID and password. I must have filled out this form dozens of times and the security image looks more scrambled each time. I don't have any problems with other websites. I think Yahoo's brains are 'scrambled'!!!
