regional cell phone providers don't have good ring

Having a regional as opposed to a national cell phone provider has some serious limitations. I can find ringtones everywhere, but cannot download them to my phone because my network is not supported (too small) by 3rd party ringtone distributers. I've tried my network's website (limited selection) and my phone manufacture's web site (doesn't support network). So I am stuck knowing that the perfect ring tone (which I've already selected) will continue to elude me until my contract is up and I have switched carriers. It will be what we call a deal breaker.
