Refund refused

I purchased a ring from www.GonnaLuvIt.com on the eBay website. I was disappointed with the ring upon receipt. As per GonnaLuvIt's website satisfaction guarantee I returned the ring. I have proof that the company received the ring (USPS return receipt signed by the owner of the company). Despite ALL efforts to obtain my refund (paid by money order...lesson learned) two years later I remain stiffed for the nearly $100.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH GONNALUVIT.COM
