Refund

I purchased a on line bookstore site in March 2006 for $580.00 from a company called spread the word!...they had so many technical problems with these bookstores not working on line they shut the bookstores down in which I never got services rendered!...I spent money advertising this business but the website did'nt work because of technical problems and now , spread the word refuses to give me my refund back!....this is wrong!....all I want is my refund back!.....
