Redwood Lodge formerley corus hotels wrote to me saying they had recentley changed over , but have had problems collecting direct debit payments since january! They had now set up new direct debit facilities to start taking monthly payments and will debit my account for unpaid fees. OK i don't keep a close eye on my direct debits, but i had not been to Redwood Lodge for some time and was unaware of any change of owners, seems a bit strange to me, and anyway they shouyld be requesting the money, not me sending it.Surely i'm not responsible for unclaimed funds, which ever company has made a mistake.
