Realtystore.com scam

I signed up for a 7 day free trial on the website, put my credit card in (by the way it cost me a dollar) about an hour later I received a sales pitch call about becoming a permanent member by a guy who stated that he was from this company. I told him that I just wanted to do the free trial and I looked on the website already and it was not what I was looking for and decided that I just wanted to cancel it at that time. He told me that he understood and that he would make sure the account was cancelled. Low and behold 8 days later as I was checking the balance on my checking account I noticed a charge of $39.80 and to make things even worse(the main reason why I told the guy to cancel the account) I was charged by my bank for not having the money to cover the charge $33.00. I went onto my email right away and sent a email to customer support explaing what happened and received an email back stating that there was no men that worked at their company and that if it was cancelled I would have received an email confirmation. I requested to get a phone call and only received emails. Their response was to only refund me $19.90 which doesnt even cover the amount the bank charged me. They then cancelled the account right away. I think that is a scam because not only was I charged the monthly fee and the bank charges the funny thing is is that I was only on the website for total of about an hour. You think that considering the fact I got charged for a whole month they would have set it up to be cancelled in a month!!!! I am discusted at the fact that I was scammed by this website and want to make sure that no one else gets scammed like myself. By the way its a forecloser website that I was stupid enough to sign up for based on a spam email that I received. I hope the word gets out about this website.

Hey sir/m'am, she clearly said that she tried to cancel an hour later after she got a call inquiring about a full membership. And by the looks of it, they are probably making lots of money off of people even though it is only $1 for the trial. The information that I paid for was outdated and the house I was looking at was already off the market :/ think and read twice before you start calling everyone crooks :P

LOL so wait, you signed up for a 7-day trial, then shocked that you got charged even tho you went past 7 days? And then you upset b/c you got only PARTIAL refund? Hell girl, sounds to me a bit entitled. You said I want, you said gimme, now you say don't want to pay, you all crooks. Well life don't work that way.
