A realtor sold us a new house, convincing us a contingency loan to sell our existing home was not the way to go with today's market. Here we are 8 mos later still trying to sell our other house and getting close to having to file bankruptcy. Her entire attitude was VERY unprofessional. When I tried to express my concern to her, she said I was going to 'zap her energy' and was basically wasting her time that she sells homes for much more money than mine was worth.
