If you are lonely you should join a social group or something along those lines. You could always join dancing and meet new people that have similar interests. I was really lonely last year when I moved to a new city so I volunteered at the SPCA and met some really decent friends. I joined a line dancing classes and it's loads of fun. Try something new and don't be so down on yourself. Stay away from people that pull you down into their miserable world.
