ReadIRIS upgrade promotion

This internet promotion was sent to owners of HP printers that came equipped with ReadIRIS OCR software. The promotion offered an upgrade of the orignial software to Read IRIS Pro version 11 for $59.99. Thirty days, no software, no status, no contact (their customer service department is always busy on other calls, and their message box is chick full, so you can't leave a message for them. Now awaiting on a response to my fax.
