On June 14th of this year, I returned an RCA unit from a nonfunctioning MSN-TV. It was promised in 7-10 business days, after received. I sent the check certified and it was signed for June 27th. Unit I sent UPS and tracked. It was received June 24th. The check went to Georgia and the unit went to Texas. After more than a month, we still do not have the unit. It is being used by my 93 yr. old mother to keep in touch with her daughters and grandchildren. After many fustrating phone calls to RCA it has been promised for next week.
