RCA does not live up to their products. I have spent over $200 plus 35 hours trying to get help with this MP3 player. I added memory and I should be able to down load and play 250 songs and all it will paly is 5. It loads the songs but only plays 5. Because the warranty is up no one at RCA will help me.
