Rashes and Rubbing Alcohol

So... because of my diabetes I get yeast infections at least twice a year. Plus having a foreskin helps. When I start getting one I kinda get excited because of what I do. I like to take rubbing alcohol and put it directly on the rash. Such an exquisite burn. Sometimes when the rash gets bad and the pain is almost too much pee shoots out in little bursts as my knees buckle and the pain courses through me. Eventually I have to get treated because blood starts to stain my underwear and the wife asks questions. BTW I am impotent.
