I met this guy a week ago in a club and last night we arranged to meet and have sex, anyway 10 mins in2 sex I told him to stop as I started to get a cramp, he ignored me so I said stop again but he carried on, he held me by my throat and said I have 2 wait till he cum, I didn't fight him coz I kind of got quite scared & just waited for him 2 finish, once he cum he put his clothes on and left, I don't know if that was rape coz I agreed with it at first and didn't try 2 push him away when I said stop and he carried on?

It is rape. At the moment you asked him to stop (and you said it twice), but he continued, it's rape. Ignore all the people that say "you asked for it, it's not rape". It is. And the best thing you could do is report him, although sadly I doubt you have any evidence proving his actions anymore.. I hope this never happens to you again, but if it does, report them as soon as possible, while there is still evidence of the rape.

That because rape the moment you asked him to stop. It doesn't matter if you originally agreed to sex. Consensual sex is only consensual if he has your permission throughout the encounter. If you asked him to stop, you withdrew your consent and it then becomes rape. Trust me, I'm in the Air Force and I've had this drilled into my head for the last 6 years. It was rape.

Not rape since u agreed to it. If he was an inconsiderate bad fuck, and sounds like he was, that's not any concern of the law. Next time choose more carefully.
