At approximately 8:30 pm on 8/13/06 We drove up to the ordering sign and started to place our order included in our order was a fully loaded chicken combo meal that one in the party had a coupon for and the lady (Montana we were told) RUDELY barked back at us that Ralleys no longer carries that. We then preceded to look for another item to order and then she screams through the speaker to hurry up. at that point I had enough of her rudeness and requested the manager meet me at the window and when I drove up to the window she proceeded to scream at me 'YOUR CUSTOMER' and continued to even after the manager on duty got to the window. I can promise you That we will NEVER and I mean NEVER give our business to a Ralleys or Checkers ever again and we will let everyone we know about the way you conduct business as It seems that you hire employees from the bottom of the barrell as we saw 1st hand
