Dear Aol CONSUMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT SUBJECT: REDROSES599 THE CAPTIONED aol customer is rude vulgar and racist. This kind of business approval during friendly game is unacceptable. Strong corrective measures should be taken as you are granting service to an international area of consumers. This person called me a nigger and a fucking coon. I thought this kind of language was not tolerated in your chat rooms. Even though am multicultural, I do not want to be addressed in such a manner. It is offensive and deplorable. I am from a Royal family of Tahiti and find this kind of client diminishes business. I have been with you since the commencement of the world wide web, and pay a high cost to use your service. Please let me know what corrective measures you are implementing eliminate this sort of client. You are very hard to drop as a internet provider and because of that, unless corrective measures are taken additional action will be taken to eliminate the continuation of these practices. Sincerely,
