
Qwest miss handling

Qwest issued someone elses telephone number after signing up to their bundle. Three month billing was still using wrong phone number. We purchasd a modem and then received a second modem via UPS. Our Computer modem was programmed with the wrong nimber. Qwest is still billing us for a Cell phone that we paid for three monts ago.
