
QWEST!!!!!!

I signed up for Qwest internet. I have since had a near 1 month service interruption because they forgot to ship a replacment modem and have spent in exess of 3 hrs on hold. (one was 2 hours and 10 minutes- I actually timed it) After my two hour hold I asked the CS rep for a break in my bill- he got really rude, and said that i wanted something for nothing. I told him, that no- I just wanted to know Qwest took me seriously as a customer who's time is valuable and felt it would be woth it to knock 5 or 10 dollars off of my bill to show it. Two hours on one call was unacceptable. He got really rude, I asked to talk to a supervisior- he refused. Sooooo..... My Internet connection has become intermittent- sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. I just spent 45 minutes with someone who clearly didn't want to talk to me, just to be told that a technichian will come out tomorrow and may want to charge me $100 if he has to come inside- after the last BullSh*t i asked to be signed up for linebacker (a monthly fee that makes home visits free)- i guess they didn't sign me up. I hate Qwest.
