I booked 2 tickets to see Pink in Cardiff International Arena on the 7th November. I had booked these tickets 5 weeks in advance and was told they would be sent out at the end of October. When I hadn't received them 5 days before the concert I phoned and was told they weren't being sent and theat somebody would be meeting us at the venue on the night. I was told I would get a phonecall to arrange on the day. The phonecall never came and I had to ring myself. I was told that somebody by the name of Joe would be meeting us at 7.30pm and was given his mobile number. We waited outside the venue and at 7.30pm there was no sign of him so I tried his mobile it was switched off. I rang the office and was told by an extremely rude man to give him a few minutes to get there. When I had waitied a further 15 mins and Joe's mobile was still off I rang back and spoke to the same rude man who then told me that he wasn't going to turn up and that there was nothing he could do about it and hung up. I rang back and asked him not to hang up on me again and that I wanted an explantion to which he replied there's nothing more I can say to you and hung up again. I rang back again explained that I had paid a lot of money for the tickets (£150.00) and that I had been looking forward to the concert to which he told me that if I didn't want to pay so much for the tickets I shouldn't have booked though yourselves and hung up again. Well, trust me I won't ever be using your company again and I will be getting in contact with various people to tell my story as a warning to other people. The customer services is shocking and trying to get somebody to answer your call takes at least an half hour. In fact it seems everything about your company is totally un professional. The people who have left good feedback have either been really lucky or it's made up because how can you go from being 'so good' apparently to rubbish? Thanks for nothing 'TicketTout' and I will be sure to use a more reliable and reputable company next time. Becky Clevely
