was issued tickets by onlineseats. the tickets were for the wrong weekend. called them while in vegas and got a voice mail (sat). the show was about to start. called visa while on the ticket line and visa said wait until monday to try to contact the ticket broker/company. called and emailed the ticket company. they doged and avoided the issue.they never refunded my $337.00 for so called hard to get tickets. truth is their tickets were nose bleed section seats. i had to buy replacement tickets at ceasars palace for $400.00 which were 3 rows from the stage. it was my fiance's birthday. these sleezes never refunded my money. DO NOT BUY from ONLINESEATS.COM as they over charge for mediocre seats, and add a brokers fee. most important they do not stand behind their product or customer. their customer service mgr jeff is a real peice of work and knows nothing about customer service, satisfaction, or pleasing the customer.STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE SEATS . COM THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!
