PSI Exams Rude & Unprofessional!!!

I had the misfortune of not clearly understanding the instructions prior to a PSI exam and the session closed on me without giving me the opportunity to review my test questions. I immediately came out and notified the proctor who basically took the attitude of oh well, too bad so sad. She didn't offer me any recourse once so ever, I went back in and finished the 2nd portion. This time with the understanding of how to go back and review the questions. I passed the 2nd portion. I then tried to explain to the proctor that I would have passed the initital test if I knew how to get back to the Marked questions. She told me it was my fault I didn't understand and there's nothing she can do about it. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name. I asked the other young lady in the office her name and she refused to give me her name. What kind of business is this. Later I went home to call the company and explain my situation and a Superviser by the name of Jan, who refused to give me her last name or operator #, and then stated she was the only Jan in the entire company, her location being Nevada, was also rude and unprofessional telling me the same thing. That she didn't care and was not going to reschedule me to retake the test and that it was my own fault that I didn't pay attention to the rules. However, the lady before me who took the test had the same report. She as well didn't quite understand the rules. I have had nothing but bad experiences from the PSI Exam company. I have been belittled, treated as if I were a dummy and spoken to in a very ill fashion by now 4 employees there. They are definitely out to make a buck and do not care about conducting business in a fair and reasonable manner. Their policies are poorly shaped and they themselves are extremely unprofessional and crude. I am greatly dissappointed that due to them being a monopoly as far as real estate licensure exams that I have to expose myself to thier ill mannered and unprofessional behaviors. They should be investigated and fined for their behaviors. And I hope that another company uproots and takes them out of business. This is one experience that should have been pleasant and was not.
