
Protron TVs

My 37' LCD TV was purchased from ShopNBC in November of 2005. In June of 2006, I was no longer able to receive cable connectivity. My cable company checked their system on more than one occasion, only to determine that the problem was not with the cable box but the TV itself. Upon relaying this to Protron's customer service department, I was told to perform a troubleshooting test and if the TV still did not respond I would receive a replacement. It is now six weeks later and I do not have a replacement TV; and upon calling Protron was told they have no records regarding the purchase of my TV. I purchased my TV via ShopNBC, which I regarded as a reliable retailer. I now am skeptical about accepting another TV from Protron. If anyone knows anything about the PLTV-37c Model, I would appreciate your posting a complaint.
