promotions unfair

Our son has been in the Air-Fore since he was 18 years old. His name is Sgt Kelly Crouse. He has gone up many time to promote and still he is not getting promoted. He has numerous medals an accomadation and has been to every conflick there is to include Iqra. He wears the uniform with pride and studies hard for the tests. now he is over seas once again and the bad news is told to him over there. The air-force is his life and he last a wife because of it. Why do you make it so hard on these small town boys from Kansas to promote> Its not fair when they really have heart and love for the forec and that is not recongized. Its time you look outside the box and see some of the no-committal people that are being promoted and the ones that would live and die for the cause are being passed over.
