Profiteers Who Don't Care!

After purchasing from Drs. Foster & Smith since they first started their pet supply mail order company twenty years, I now have seen the other side of them. My pets became ill (watery diarrhea) due to eating their All Natural Biscuits that were loaded with bugs which I did not see until a quarter of the box was eaten. They gladly replaced the box with another box that was infested with bugs, but when I presented them with copies of all of the medical bills and tests ran they absolutlely refused to reimburse me one penny. They just said 'prove it.' They know there is no way to prove this, and they don't care if my dogs were or are still sick or what it cost me due to their All Natural Biscuits. Maybe they consider bugs natural, but I most certainly don't when they are in food. All they cared about was making their profit and not having to dip into it to pay for their contaminated products that make pets ill. After all the years I have recommended them, I am now asking people not to purchase from them because I don't want to see any animal go thru what mine did, or for the owner to have to pay out so much money to help their pet.
