I purchased L'Oreal Excellence Creme Hair Color. I have use this product for 20 yrs with satisfaction. I used the same color 8G Medium Golden Blonde. I always check the box when I purchase it, to make sure the box is sealed. I mixed the color and the creme developer and put it on my hair. Waiting 20 minutes I rinsed my hair and to my great surprise my hair was Jet Black when I looked at the tube of color it said, nat black. So someone at the factory put the wrong color in the box. I had to buy a color remover and redo the color and it is not the same. I wrote to L'Oreal and not even a response in other words tough after using this product for 20 years. I will never buy a L'Oreal product again. So ladies out there if you use a hair color please check every thing before putting it on your hair.
