If you found this because you are looking into this company to do Liquid Siding, do not do it. We invested almost $18K into this product thinking it was a good deal being we have a 2story house. They were plenty nice at first but after the initial application did not go on right it took them over a year to come and respray. That application did not go on right either,its blotchy and you can see spray marks were it went on.In March07 it will be 2yrs and although they guarantee 100% satisfaction we are far from it.Kelly Avery the manager/owner keeps saying someone will come out but noone ever does.Now he says 'the product isnt bad its just cosmetic'as if for $18K we shouldn't have both.He is rude and disrespectful and does not know how to deal with customers.He keeps telling us he'll have someone out in 7-10days(last time he told me that was 9/20/06 it is now 11/8).We called him today and he said 'It will be 7-10 days' thats his catch phrase to get you off the phone.I am also filing a complaint with the BBB as I believe this is the crapiest service I have ever received.My thought is that once they get your money they don't care anymore.The sad thing is I researched this company before investing this much $$ and couldn't find any complaints.That is why I am doing this blog to hopefully save someone else from making the same mistake.
