problems with lowes

I realize that retail is a tough job, but when BUTTHEADS like this Dennis a manager at Binghamton Lowes- or even his boss Nate, refuse to help you work out a problem you're having with your bill (because of their mishandling) then I have no other choice but to start shopping at Home Depot (which I hate more than Lowes) but at least if I have a refund of 562.39 coming, they will help me if not on my first phonecall, at least by the third one...... signed, a recently converted home depot shopper
