Problems with home repairs done by Garfield 1-2323

I had a flat roof repaired by Garfield Corp, Now Home Corp, Cleveland Ohio. 11 years ago. Problems within 2 years leaking and since leaking off/on. The roofing material aged and needed replacement. When roofers took off old roof, they found Garfield did not ice/water shield the entire roof (which was listed on my contract). That was requested at the time of the contract and was specifically listed on the contract. I had no way of knowing it was not done, until today, when the old roof came off! I am waiting to see 'what they will do'. Also, the contract listed the flat roof was a rubber roof, which they did not do! They put rolled roofing, which of course dried out. Will they 'step up to the plate'????
