P:roblem with vinyl siding installed December, 200

I had vinyl siding installed by The American Eagle Remodeling Company (443-305-1110) or (240-393-3610). I do not have their new address. The vinyl siding that was installed is starting to buckle. I have called multiple times and only talked to a Tim McGuire the very first time. He said he would come out to check and get back to me. I have not heard anything in two weeks. An answering machine takes my message each time, but no return call. What can I do to get this company to check their product? I have a lifetime warranty on the siding. Thank you.
